    Mike is a Marine veteran and seasoned leader in construction and real estate with over 25 years of industry experience. For more than 15 years, he has owned and operated his own construction company, where he has earned recognition for cultivating talent in the construction workforce.  

    Born and raised in North St. Louis City, Mike’s personal and professional life is deeply rooted in his community. His commitment to mentoring and developing skilled workers reflects his vision of empowering individuals to achieve long-term success in careers and business.

    With a heart for his city and a deep understanding of the systemic and personal challenges faced by marginalized communities, Mike plays a pivotal role in guiding City Reimagine’s mission to build stronger, thriving communities.

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, BOARD TREASURER

    Lianna is a dynamic leader with a lifelong commitment to community empowerment. A former Division 1 basketball player, she draws on the discipline and teamwork developed on the court to lead City Reimagine’s transformative efforts. Growing up with a Hispanic mother in a diverse environment, Lianna has always valued multicultural connections and perspectives.

    With ten years of experience creating and implementing youth and young adult programs, and five years of experience directing a nonprofit in North St. Louis City, Lianna has a proven track record of empowering the next generation. She has founded and developed multiple companies reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and vision for economic growth.

    Lianna’s work is driven by her passion for seeing people thrive, making her an inspiring force behind City Reimagine’s mission.  

  • Terrance E. Gaddy Jr

    BOARD LIAISON FOR STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

    Terrance is a multi-disciplinary leader with over 25 years of experience across education, military service, workforce development, and small business operations. A U.S. Army veteran and former Illinois National Guardsman, Terrance began his civilian career as a special education teacher before transitioning into school leadership as an assistant principal and high school principal in under-resourced districts across Southern Illinois.

    He later served at the Federal Reserve Banks of St. Louis and Cleveland, where he focused on instructional design, operational improvement, and staff development. Today, as Managing Partner of BKRSTL—a veteran-owned refinishing and renovation company—he blends business strategy with a commitment to uplifting historically excluded communities.

    Terrance’s trajectory from the classroom to the boardroom mirrors City Reimagine’s mission: transforming lives through skill-building, leadership, and property revitalization. His deep understanding of educational systems, instructional design, and community reinvestment uniquely equips him to support and scale the organization’s impact in St. Louis.
